Brief Posting Description
Responsibilities include creating test design, test cases, test case execution and script automation. Successful candidates will demonstrate a strong technical background and experience or training in testing and automating business applications. Knowledge or training in financials, Human resource, distribution, logistics or manufacturing business processes is desirable.
Detailed Description
As a member of the technical/process QA division, you will design, install and evaluate quality control methods and systems. Design continuing maintenance of product quality. Develop standards and procedures to provide quality guidance and methods.
Job Requirements
Duties and tasks are standard with some variation; displays understanding of roles, processes and procedures. Performs moderately complex problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and processes. BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. A minimum of one year of software engineering or related experience required.
Additional Details
Functional testing of large Enterprise Applications (ERP, Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Health Care or other Functional Domain) Exposure to WinRunner / TestDirector / QTP Exposure to Database Experience in writing test cases In-depth Functional understanding of the Application currently working upon Worked earlier in large Enterprise Applications, preferably for USA/European clients Good communication skills Exposure to process methodologies (ISO, CMM, PSP, TSP) Willingness to work on a maintenance project environment
6 months to 2 years experience
