Job Description -
Technically should be good.
Should know SDLC life cycle
Should be able to do analysis, coding, test plan preparation, unit/ system/integration testing independently.
Should be able to review code, test plans, test results
Should be able to communicate well in mails & conference calls
Technical Support to team members
Resolution of queries with onsite/customer.
Handle a team of 3-4 resources
Task management
Implementation of Quality System Procedures & Quality control activities
Study of specifications
Works on tasks involving identification of impacts likely to be caused by proposed enhancements / modifications to a module / program / database
Preparation of test plans and test data
Software Configuration Management
Should be able be as a backup in absence of team lead.
Tasks follow up for completion, detect possible system improvements, root cause analysis.
All positions will be based at Mumbai only.
Experience: 3 - 8 years
