Experience in years: 3 to 5 years

Elderon requires experienced Java Developers who have worked on J2EE technologies for more than 3 years. Experience with frameworks such as Struts and Hibernate is important. Candidates having experience with multi-national financial institutions will be preferred. Candidates must have a high level of written and oral communication skills in English.

Skills Required:
- 3+ years experience in programming J2EE.
- 3+ years designing and building high-performance high-transactional multi-threaded distributed applications.
- 2+ years in applications development with modern OO languages.
- Experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
- Working knowledge of multi-tier line of business applications.
