Job Description

Installing, configuring and maintaining Oracle 9i & 10g databases including options such as RAC & ASM on various platforms like Unix, Linux and Windows.
IIS, terminal servers/Citrix, DNS, DHCP, ADS, RAID Exchange/Lotus Domino, ISA, File/Print Clusters
Shell Scripting, VxFS, Clustering, RAID, DNS, DHCP, NIS, NFS, Web applications, Database, Mail, Backup, Performance tuning, OS hardening, admin automation, LVM, Kernel compilation, IP Tables and file systems.
IOS, L2 & L3 switches, RIP, IGRP, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, VPN, framerelay, Troubleshooting, PIX/Checkpoint/Netscreen firewalls and IDS systems

Requirement No.1 - Database Administrators: (Oracle and SQL Server)

Requirement No.2 - Network/ security administration, having experience in Cisco switches, routers and firewalls

Requirement No.3 - Windows Administrators

Requirement No.4 - Unix/ Linux / Solaris / AIX Administrators

Requirement No.5 - Application Packaging and deployment - Creating Packages using Wise Package Studio/ InstallShieldAdmin studio /Orca/ other packaging tools; Experience in deploying packages using deployment tools like BMC Marimba / Novell zenworks/ sms / Unicenter/ other deployment tools; Knowledge in VBScripting preferred.

Eligibility :

* Min 3-8 years experience
* Good communication skills
* Ability to work independently and in a team
* Strong trouble-shooting and analytical skills

Academics:

Diploma/ B.Sc/BCA /B.E/B.Tech/ M.E/M.Tech/ MCA regular full time candidates with consistent 60% and above marks in all examinations
