Market Research Analyst - Trainee

As marketing associate, you will be involved in global marketing support for all regions of the Talisma business. You will perform audits and database / content research via web, email, or phone. You will be required to adapt and excel in a changing environment and learn different skills continuously. The position requires proficiency in multi-tasking, time management, and communication to deliver research of excellent quality and requires outstanding skills to develop market research deliverables, which reach or exceed current standards.

Summary of Key Responsibilities:
- Research companies as part of our prospecting process and audit their performance
- Responsible for meeting SLA set for the team, meet individual productivity, efficiency and quality targets

Desired Profile
- Graduate in Science / Commerce / Arts. Post Graduation is not required.
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Familiarity in working in a Windows NT environment
- Ability to comprehend standard English V preferably American English
- Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to compose a grammatically correct, concise and accurate paragraph/essay/letter.
