Project Manager
Key Functions and Responsibilities
Provide overall leadership to entire team on a larger or more complex project, including overseeing team leaders.
Communicate with internal/external clients to determine specific requirements.
Manage the project schedule timing and resource allocation and expenses to ensure targets are reached.
Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with internal success criteria including time, scope, budget, quality targets & SLA agreements and projected customer sign off date
Manage the effective transition of completed projects to our Support teams
Continuous improvement of Best Practice Systems and processes
Receive consistently high feedback from Customer Surveys on Projects
Responsibility for maintaining positive and ongoing relationships with clients.
Acts as an expert advisor and resource and provides project leadership in all aspects of one project.
Takes on supervisory responsibility and provides coaching to an entire project team.
Plans and integrates the work of multiple teams on a project.
Provides input on team performance and reward.
Requires significant independent judgment to determine the most effective course of action at any given stage in the project.

Qualifications/Experience
-Highly developed interpersonal & communication skills, with an ability to build in-depth relationships at all levels.
-The ability to build, motivate and manage a mid size project team.
10+ years experience in a business critical commercial software/services business, global professional services delivery experience would be an advantage
-Minium 5 years Project Management experience .
-Minimum 2-5 years experience of successful delivery of multi-million dollar customer projects .
-Willingness to travel internationally.
-Experience of the telecommunications market is an advantage.
-Post graduate degree from recognized institution
-Self-motivated & capable of self-direction.
-Strong team player and have the flexibility and vision to be a successful part of a constantly developing company.
-Expert level understanding and anticipation of the client’s needs and an in-depth understanding of Single.eview product.
-Expert project management skills and a broad understanding of the organization’s operating and project methodology, and broader understanding and perspective of specialized principles and the use of all systems and methods within large or multiple functions.

-Under minimal supervision, develop the INTEC Singl.eView platform according to physical or functional specifications ensuring functionality and quality of the solution.
-Write the physical and functional specifications for components of the project. Proactively contribute to all stages of the project life cycle up to and including implementation
-Work with peers to ensure end to end functionality of software is delivered to meet project commitments.
Be proactive in contributing to the overall customer solution.

The Role and Responsibilities:
As an Architect on an Intec Professional Services Single View team you will:
Perform the lead technical role in an implementation project of customer billing systems for telecommunications clients globally. (Extensive travel will be part of the function).
Communicate with all stakeholders of this project throughout the project lifecycle to identify and clarify all Business and Project requirements that will be the basis for an overall solution architecture and design.
Develop the overall solution architecture and design in conjunction with other architects, partners and systems integrators.
Develop and refine estimates to define the time, cost and quality constraints of the project and then lead the development team to ensure the technical integrity of the solution within these constraints.
Coordinate technical tasks with partners, customers, internal and external development teams to develop an effective solution for the end customer.
Ensure that end to end functionality of the software developed is within the scope of the business need.
Coach and mentor developers, testers, technical writers and trainers.
Identify and assess problems and develop workable solutions.
Act as a liaison between PS and R&D teams for product enhancements
