Provides support to senior Network Consulting Engineers on reproducing customer environments. Minimal design and analysis work. Document the work accordingly. Performs related technical support functions on problem resolution in support of a major account. Works with Senior Consulting Engineer to manage customer relationships. Works under close supervision using general specifications or solutions. Receives clearly defined assignments with process outlined. Works on projects that are small to medium in scope and complexity. Independently coordinates and executes tasks. Typically reports to Manager, with a team lead setting goals and providing work direction. Expected Skills: Good understanding of technology. Ability to learn fast. Good communication skills.
