-> Database : Oracle , Sybase, SQL.
-> Experience on software engineering methodologies , quality process development and maintenance models.
-> Ability to understand and design / functional/Program specifications.
-> customer facing skills.
Job Title : Testing-QA Professionals
Positions : Testers / Module Leads / Test Leads
Experience : 2 - 10 years
Skills :
-> Manual Testing : Black Box , White box , Functional /System Testing.
-> Automation Testing : QTP, Winrunner , Rational Robo , Loadrunner Test Director Silk Test.
-> Exposure to Testing methodologies and quality processes.
-> Should have strong knowledge of test process , creation of test strategy , test plan and test cases.
-> Exposure to Quality Center / Test Director is an added advantage.
Job Title : DataWarehouse Professionals
Positions : Developers / Designers / Tech Leads / Architects
Experience : 2 - 10 years
Skills:
-> Good understanding of Data warehousing concepts.
-> Experience in ETL - Informatica , Business Objects, Teradata.
-> Strong understanding of Database technology , including performance tunning of queries , Unix Scripting , Unix o/S.
Eligibility for all the above Positions :
Education : BE / BTech / MCA / ME / Mtech / MBA /MSC.
-> Good oral and written communication skills.
-> Banking , Securities or Finance domain knowledge would be an added advantage.
