Job Title : Solution Engineer

Location : Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Eligibility : BE/B-Tech/MCA/BCA/Bsc(Comp Sci)

Job Description :
• Manage customer issues taking changing priorities and SLA into consideration.
• To provide IT services to Customers/Users department
• Project Management over the Entire SDLC up to implementation.
• Take ownership for, and respond to client escalations as appropriate.
• Assist in driving overall infrastructure initiatives.
• Be an example and a technical resource to the team.
• Develop project proposals.
• Resolve issues in a timely manner.

SQL database query experience required.
