Job Title : Client Service Engineer

Experience : 2 to 5 yrs

Skills : Very good Communication skills, with email/ Chat support experience.
Expected to have Experience in Client Management with enterprise customers.
Responsible for Resolution of Client Requests within the agreed client SLAs.
To liaise with other divisions such as Operations, Product development teams etc. to ensure that customers receive all necessary back up and support.
To come up with ideas to enhance the product offering.
Identify Client concerns and coordinate the Internal teams to ensure client concerns are addressed.
Responsible for tracking and follow-up on all pending Client requests
To undertake any other reasonable duties as required by the management or company.
